DO NOT DELETE ANY
FILE, DOCUMENT, FOLDER, DIRECTORY, APPLICATION, ICON, OR PROGRAM.
All documents must be saved on the server in the student’s secured network location (the

to deletion or modification by anyone using that computer. Do not save anything on the C drive.
If you have a question concerning how to perform
a task in an application, first try the Help function in that application. This applies to on-line applications and PC-based
applications. If that doesn't help, or your question is about an assignment, a procedure, the network, or something else,
you must pose your question to at least two other students AND check the relevant pages here, including the FAQ page. If you
still don’t know the answer, then you may ask Mr. E.
If you are absent, it is your responsibility to identify and make up any work you missed. Follow
the procedures found on the FAQ page.
Do not change the configuration
of the Windows operating system or any application on the computer unless instructed by Mr. E. Do not modify or rename any
icon. Do not add any icons to the desktop or modify the desktop in any way. Do not download anything unless instructed by
Mr. E.
Do not connect to the Internet
unless instructed to by Mr. E. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in disciplinary action.
Do not send instant messages to anyone. Failure
to comply with this procedure will result in an immediate Administrative Referral.
Do not place anything in the floppy disk drive, the CD/DVD drive, or the USB
connections. Do not open the CD/DVD drive. Do not take a floppy disk or CD/DVD to your seat. If you need to work on an assignment
for another class, and the assignment is on a floppy disk, CD/DVD, or USB drive, or the assignment needs to be saved to a
floppy disk, CD, or USB drive, you must first see Mr. E for permission.
Do not shutdown or restart the computer unless instructed by Mr. E.
Do not plug or unplug any computer cables or
electrical cords.
